Since our seat covers are individually customized and handmade according to your vehicle information and personal requirements, please review the following customization policy before placing your order.
1. Customized Orders
For orders with special customization requests, including but not limited to:
Custom colors that are not part of our standard color options
Custom logos, text, patterns, or special designs
Other personalized modifications requested by the customer
These products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal preference or change of mind after production begins.
A customization fee may apply depending on the complexity of the requested customization. The exact fee will be confirmed before production.
2. Fitment Guarantee
Our seat covers are made according to the vehicle information provided by the customer. Please make sure all vehicle details (year, model, trim, seat configuration, etc.) are correct before placing your order.
If the product has a confirmed fitment issue caused by our mistake, we will provide a suitable solution, including replacement parts or a remake when necessary.
For non-major fitment concerns (such as minor looseness or small adjustments needed during installation), returns or refunds may not be accepted.
3. Product Quality Issues
If the product has a major quality problem, such as:
More than 70% of the seat cover is unable to fit properly
Damage or functional issues occur within 3 months of normal use
Please contact us with photos or videos for verification. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair, or other compensation options.
4. Production & Approval
Once customization details are confirmed and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be accepted.
